How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Remindsireland Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Remindsireland Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Remindsireland Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@remindsireland.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
